Puppies, Puppies, Puppies!!

Today, Ashley and Brandon left Olive and London with Grandma and Grandpa to go to celebrate her upcoming birthday by going to a movie and dinner.  It was Olive's first time staying with Grandma!  I'm not sure who got the best birthday present, me or Ashley . . . I'm still saying me!!

London had been waiting for more than a week to get a chance to go see Doug and Mary's new puppies.  So with Olive happily sleeping in her car seat, we loaded up go see them.

Question:  What is more fun than have 6 little puppies crawl all over you?? 
Answer:  Watching 6 little puppies crawl all over London!

So, how id Doug and Mary wind up with 6 puppies??  They foster dogs for the Golden Retriever Rescue and they had agreed to foster the mom.  Well she wasn't a mom at that point.  The Rescue had scheduled her to be spayed and when the doctor made the incision, he found that she was just days away from delivering.  He sewed her back up and sent her home with Doug and Mary to watch.  Less than a week later, she gave birth to the "kids".  3 black and 3 golden, with 3 being boys and 3 girls.

They are 3 weeks old and just adorable.  And NO, we aren't adopting any.
